Ordering Information & Terms of Sale
ChemCyte accept orders for its products and service via phone, fax, mail, or e-mail.
Please provide the following information with your order:
- Catalog number and name of product, quoted price per unit, and unit size
- Total quantity of your order (there is no minimum order charge)
- Researcher's name, organization, telephone/fax number, email
- Shipping address
- Billing address, if different from delivery
- Purchase order number, if applicable
- Delivery due date
- The method of payment (see PAYMENT below)
We usually send order acknowledgments for orders placed via email. Other orders may be confirmed but should be marked "Confirming only". You may also use any standard order form of your organization and send the completed form to us via email or fax.
Duty, applicable taxes, shipping, and packaging charges are excluded and will be added to the invoice. Factors attributing to the prices may beyond our control and prices are subject to change without notice. In case where the price has changed significantly, we will contact you prior to filling your order. Written price quotations, when requested, are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the proposal. The prices offered apply only to the specific quantities, specifications and delivery schedule set forth in the proposal. Any variation in quantity, specifications, or schedule may necessitate a price adjustment.
Terms of sale are net 30 days of date of invoice unless otherwise specifically agreed upon. All payment in US dollars must be payable on a US bank. Payment can be made by check, Visa or Master Card, money order, or wire transfer. ChemCyte's bank information for wire transfer can be obtained by contacting us. (If Client has specific invoicing instructions or requirements, e.g., issue of a purchase order or billing to a separate address, please advise your ChemCyte contact.)
All products are shipped on dry ice by overnight delivery to ensure the stability and quality of the product, and allow efficient order tracking. The shipping and handling fees cover the cost of this packaging and for the shipping costs via Federal Express or UPS, or DHL. Upon receiving the full ordering information specified in Ordering Method or Order Form, shipping will be arranged within 24 hours Monday through Thursday. If the ordering information is received on Friday, shipping will be arranged on the following Monday. Shipments to Canada are sent overnight Monday-Wednesday. Orders received over the weekend or on non-business days will be processed the next working business day. Cancellations will not be accepted for orders received through the Shopping Cart. F.O.B. Product and Safety Data Sheets
All our products are for research use and should only be used by qualified people who are trained in proper laboratory safety protocols. A Certificate of Analysis will be furnished for each product ordered. MSDS will be furnished upon request.
Some products are not returnable. We will only accept returns after we have given prior authorization (accompanied by a return authorization number) and issued specific shipping instructions. Requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of your receiving the materials. A 20% restocking fee is charged on authorized returns of standard catalogue items, subject to a minimum charge of $10.00.
The responsibility of all patent considerations in the use of our products rests solely with the user.
